Professional Background
Ms. He is a senior engineer with a background in software engineering and extensive experience in the data industry and technology incubation. She holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Fudan University and has been affiliated with Fudan University’s Institute for Data Industry since 2013.
Prior to her academic and research work, Ms. He spent over a decade working in high-technology and industrial development environments in Shanghai, including roles in industrial development and data-focused investment organizations. She is a Senior Member of IEEE and a recipient of a national design award from China’s first Internet of Things (IoT) Creative Application Competition.
